Here are some custom football scarf FAQs:
1) To what extent can I customise my scarf?
We do not include club crests or the team name/nickname on the scarf as this is the intellectual property of the football club.
The scarf will be designed using up to 4 colours.
Other than this, you can get as creative as you like with your requests. Let us know the team, the year and the shirt (home/away/third) you would like us to recreate. You can also request to add a name, a number, or even a memorable date to your scarf.
2) Will you show me a design proof before producing the product?
Due to time constraints, we will not be able to show you a design proof before the scarf is manufactured. This would increase our costs, and therefore increase your purchase price.
3) How can you guarantee quality?
Fans' Favourite products are manufactured using high quality materials. We supply knitted HD scarves, which have 39% better resolution than a standard knitted scarf. This means that we are able to create highly intricate and detailed designs. You can view our TrustPilot page to check out reviews on the quality of our football scarves.
4) How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to design, manufacture and ship your custom football scarf to you within 30 days. We would kindly ask you to be patient with us; our focus is on ensuring that the quality of our product meets your expectations.
5) Why does this product cost £50?
The price reflects the time and manpower required to create a custom scarf, along with the quality of the product. Manufacturing knitted products is a very time-consuming process. It is a much longer than printing a design on a t-shirt, for example.
Firstly, our creative team must re-create a football shirt design and lay it out flat on a scarf-sized template. This process can take hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.
Next, a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) must be produced. The designer uses special software to enter in each and every stitch. This aids the production process and allows the machinery to compute the design.
It is then up to the team to select the correct colour yarn and monitor the manufacturing process. It is a costly process to start up and run the machinery for one single scarf.
As you can see, one scarf can take hours of manpower to produce, so £50 offers great value for money.
6) Can I return my purchase?
Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
